2. Description of Service
SnapPaint is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform user-created sketches and drawings into stylized artwork. The App provides drawing tools, AI-powered image generation, and social features for sharing creations.
3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the sketches and drawings you create ("User Content"). By using our AI generation features, you grant us a license to process your User Content to provide our services.
4.2 Generated Content
AI-generated artwork created through our service ("Generated Content") may be used by you for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
4.3 Prohibited Content
You agree not to create, upload, or generate content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
- Contains explicit sexual or violent material.
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
- Impersonates any person or entity.
- Contains malware or harmful code.
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content and Generated Content), is owned by SnapPaint and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our App.
5.2 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the App may be used by us without any obligation to you.
6. Subscription and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store).
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the App.
7.2 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee specific results from our AI generation features. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapPaint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapPaint, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Austria.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
